Can I Bulk Edit Product Inventory Managed by Third-Party Fulfillment Apps?
Products that are managed by third-party fulfillment apps (such as Printify, Printful or similar services) cannot have their inventory updated through our app or directly from the Shopify product admin. As shown in this example:

This is because the fulfillment app fully controls the inventory for these products, and Shopify enforces this behavior to keep inventory data in sync with the fulfillment provider.
To change or update inventory number, you'll need to make the adjustments directly within the third-party fulfillment app.
