Tutorials on Using Scheduled Tasks

Scheduled tasks allow you to automate bulk edits at a specific date and time. This is useful for changes like scheduled price updates, seasonal promotions, or temporary product modifications.

Note: The scheduled tasks feature is only available for the paid plan.

How to Schedule a Bulk Edit and CSV Import/Export

Please refer to the steps below on how to schedule your bulk edit and CSV import/export tasks:

  1. Create your bulk edit or CSV import/export task as usual.
  2. Click the Schedule Bulk Edit button at the bottom of the task page.
  3. A scheduling panel will appear where you can configure the frequency of the task, start date & time, and the time zone (Current time in the selected time zone is also displayed).

Scheduling Frequency Options

Run Once

Use this to run the task a single time in the future. You will set:

  • The start date & time

  • (Optional) Automatically revert the task in a later date & time. If the edit is temporary (like holiday pricing or promotional sales), you may toggle this option. This will return affected items to their pre-edit values at the date & time you set them. Please note that the revert time must be at least 6 hours after the scheduled edit time

Run Daily

Use this to run the task automatically every day. You will set:

  • The time of day to run the task
  • The time zone

Run Weekly

Use this to run the task every week on a specific day. You will set:

  • The day of the week
  • The time of day
  • The time zone

Run Monthly
