Tutorials on Editing Product Sales Channel •
This function allows you to publish or unpublish your products on specific sales channels in bulk. You can edit the product sales channels by following these steps:
1. Set up the Product Filter
The first step to setting up a bulk edit is to set up the filters. Our app has many fields that you can filter from, which can help you narrow down the products that you would like our app to edit. Our app also comes with a preview function, so that you can verify if the products found are correct.
2. Select whether to Publish or Unpublish
Select whether you want to Publish or Unpublish your products on a specific sales channel.
Note: This action only applies to Active products. BPE is unable to publish or unpublish Draft products, as the Shopify API does not support changing the sales channel status of draft products. To publish or unpublish a product on a sales channel, please ensure the product status is set to Active first.
3. Select the channel to publish/unpublish from
After doing so, you can run the task by clicking on the "Start Bulk Edit now" button.
If you have recently changed or added any sales channels, and do not see them on the app, you can sync our app to your current sales channels by clicking on the "Sync channels" button. If the channels still do not appear after a sync, please feel free to reach out to us anytime.
