How to Bulk Edit SKUs and Barcodes
- There are two ways to access SKU & Barcode:

Home > Dashboard Tiles

Bulk Edit > Click on the dropdown for SKU & Barcode

Under Step 1, set up Product matching conditions to define which products you want to edit. Use the preview function to confirm the results look correct before proceeding.
Optionally, set up Variant-matching conditions to further narrow down which specific variants are to be edited in the task.

Under Step 3, select the action you want to perform on your SKUs or Barcodes. Each option includes a short built-in guide that appears once selected.
Options available:

Edit Scenario Examples
#1: Add SKUs to variants that don't have one yet
You've created products without SKUs and want to auto-generate them using product data. Use the Update SKU with Template option and apply the following template: [product_title]-[product_id]-[variant_id]

#2: Assign a new sequential barcode to all products/variants
Your products don't have barcodes yet, and you want to assign unique, incrementing numbers starting from a specific value. Use the Update barcode incrementally with new sequential number option, starting with: 100000000000
