Tutorials on Editing Product Status fields •
This function will allow you to set your product status to Active, Draft, or Archived. You can edit the product status with the following steps:
1. Choosing the field to edit.
The first step for every edit is to choose the proper field to edit. For this Guide you'll want to choose "Status"

2. Set up the product filter
The Second step to setting up a bulk edit is to set up the filters. Our app has many fields that you can filter from, which can help you narrow down the products that you would like our app to edit. Our app also comes with a preview function, so that you can verify if the products found are correct.

3. Select the status to change the product to

Below is a brief description on what each status does.
• Active
Makes the product live and visible on your storefront. Customers can view and purchase it.
• Draft
Keeps the product hidden from customers. Useful when the product is still being created or updated.
• Archived
Removes the product from active listings without deleting it. Ideal for discontinued or inactive products you want to keep for records.
• Unlisted
Hides the product from collections and search results but allows access via direct URL. Useful for private or exclusive items.
After doing so, you can run the task by clicking on the "Start Bulk Edit now" button.
