Tutorials on Editing Variant Inventory Numbers •

This function allows you to make bulk changes to inventory across your product variants directly from the app. Whether you need to set or adjust stock quantities, transfer inventory between locations, activate or unstock a location, or update settings like inventory policy, fulfillment service, and quantity tracking, everything can be done in just a few steps without editing each variant one by one.

Step 1: Set Up Your Product Filter

Start by filtering the products you want to edit. Use the available filter fields to narrow down your selection — for example, by product type, collection, vendor, or tag, etc. Additionally, you may also set up Variant Matching conditions under the Optional step.

Once you've applied your filters, use the Preview function to review the matched products and confirm they are the ones you intend to edit before proceeding.

Step 2: Select the Type of Inventory Task

Choose the inventory edit task you want to perform. Each option includes a short built-in guide that appears once selected.

Step 3: Run the Task

Once you've configured your filter and selected your task type, click "Start Bulk Edit Now" to apply the changes. The app will process the edit in the background, and you can monitor its progress from the Bulk Edit Tasks page.
