Tutorials on Editing Product Variant & Options (BPE)
This function will allow you to edit your product variants, or add/remove variants from your products. You can set up a task to edit variants with the following steps:
1. Set up the product filter
The first step to setting up a bulk edit is to set up the filters. Our app has many fields that you can filter from, which can help you narrow down the products that you would like our app to edit. Our app also comes with a preview function, so that you can verify if the products found are correct.
2. Select the function to edit your variants
You can edit your variants in the following ways:
- Replace text in the Variant option value/Product option name
- Remove text in variant option value
- Change capitalization of the Variant option value/Product option name
- Add/Remove a specific variant
- Add/Remove a variant option value
- Add/Remove a product option name
- Sorting variant option values/product option names
- Cloning variants from a selected product
- Removing out of stock variants
Please note that "Variant Option Value" refers to the variants on your products, such as "Small" or "Red", while "Product Option Name" refers to the variant category, such as "Color" or "Size".
