How do I cancel my plan/subscription? (BPE)

To cancel your subscription to the Hextom: Bulk Product Edit app, you have two options:

1. Downgrade the Plan

2. Uninstall the app

Either method will cancel your active subscription to our app.

All edits made during the paid plan remain permanent and will not be removed or lost. However, downgrading may limit certain features and reduce the maximum editing capacity. Despite this, you should still be able to revert previous edits.

If you choose to return to the paid plan later, you can upgrade within the same billing period without incurring any additional charges. The app will prompt you to approve the charges, but there should be no duplicate billing.

If you are charged again, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.

Downgrade the plan

  1. To do this, simply go to the "Plans and Pricing" page either in the app's sidebar or on Shopify's platform.

For reference:

Once you open the page, you'll see the details of all available plans, where you can choose to upgrade or downgrade as needed.

  1. To downgrade, click "Select" under the Demo (Free) plan.

  1. Clicking this will open a confirmation pop-up, asking if you’d like to proceed.

It will also display the product count in your store and outline the limitations that come with downgrading.

Clicking "Still Downgrade" will immediately downgrade your plan, and any tasks performed afterward will be subject to the new, lower editing limit.

Uninstall the app

This method will immediately cancel your active subscription.

To uninstall the app, please follow these steps:

  1. On the dashboard, click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the app.

  1. Clicking the three dots will open a menu with three options. Select Uninstall from the list.

A confirmation pop-up will appear.

  1. Clicking the Uninstall button will immediately remove the app and cancel your subscription.

Tip

If you decide to reinstall our app again to revert a specific task/edit, the task logs should still be accessible until 15 days after uninstallation.

Afterwards, task logs are permanently removed.
