Why is my store information out of sync when I use CSV Import to update my products? (BPE)

You will need to sync your store with our Bulk Product Edit app to see the updates.  Please follow these steps:

1. In the CSV import function, scroll down to Step 4

2. Below the column setup, you should see a collection of sync buttons

3. Click on the desired field to sync, and our app should initiate a sync with your store to receive the updated information.

4. If you have multiple fields to sync, you can then repeat these steps to sync the other fields.

You should now see your updated store information in the dropdown menu when you use CSV Import. If it still is not updated after you have run a sync, please contact us.
